Temporary Labour Relations - Milan
The Labor Relations Manager provides full leadership and supervisory responsibility along with operational/service leadership and direction to team(s). The role will include full supervisory responsibility, ensuring motivation and development of team through professional leadership to include duties such as performance evaluation, compensation, hiring, disciplinary and terminations as well as direction of daily tasks and responsibilities.
In this role you will support HR Country officer and the organisation in the following activies
• implementation of the organization's employee relations
• Coordinate employee and labour relations programs to ensure compliance with policies and practices
• HR projects
• Negotiations and dispute resolution with employees, unions, employer bodies, government agencies, labour relations authorities, and other agencies to protect the organization's interests
• HR employee life cycle events and processes
• All other duties as assigned
What we'll need from you
• Management of HR employee life cycle events and processes
• Experience with international environment
• Fluent in Italian and English
Education:
Bachelors/University degree, Master's degree (Human Resources and/or Employment law)
Time Type:
Full time – Fixed term contract – Ral to be defined – based in Milan.
