Senior Commercial FP&A Specialist
General Context
Reporting to the Finance Director, the Senior Commercial FP&A Specialist will drive sustainable and profitable growth by developing and embedding revenue growth strategies across the organization.
Key Activities & Responsibilities
• Introduce RGM methodology to local markets, ensuring sustainable growth and developing revenue strategies for specific products/categories:
•Create pack, pricing, and promotional strategies based on consumer insights and competitor analysis.
•Optimize commercial spend to focus on high-potential growth areas and key customer segments.
•Model the volume and financial impact of various strategic scenarios.
•Provide cross-functional analysis to optimize price, packaging, mix, and promotions.
• Provide analytical support for specific projects.
Key Relationships
• Internal: Global functions, Local Leadership, Commercial, Marketing, Trade Marketing, Finance teams.
• External: Consultants involved in specific projects.
Experience & Education & Skills
• Master's Degree in Economics or Business.
• 2-4 years of experience in Revenue Growth Management.
• Experience in Sales, Marketing, Trade Marketing, Category Management, Finance, or Strategic Consultancy.
• Strong skills in P&L management and analytical models.
• FMCG industry knowledge.
• Advanced Microsoft Office skills, especially Excel (Power Pivot), and PowerPoint.
• SAP and BW knowledge is a plus.
• Experience with Nielsen and/or Circana.
• Fluency in English is essential; Italian and a third language are a plus.
•Excellent interpersonal skills
