Restaurant Manager
Responsibilities:
The Restaurant Manager will be responsible for:
-Leading and inspiring a dedicated team to deliver outstanding service.
-Ensuring smooth day-to-day operations, managing reservations, and optimizing table turnover.
-Upholding the highest standards of food quality, presentation, and customer service.
-Monitoring inventory, controlling costs, and optimizing overall restaurant performance.
-Developing and implementing strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.
-Handling guest feedback and resolving issues with tact and professionalism.
-Taking proactive measures to identify opportunities for expanding the current business and executing any agreed-upon promotional activities in collaboration with the General Manager.
Qualifications:
-Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager in a high-end dining establishment.
-Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and mentor a diverse team.
-Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
-Solid understanding of restaurant operations, financials, and customer service.
-Passion for delivering exceptional culinary experiences.
-Italian and English knowledge is mandatory; other languages are a plus.
