Reception Manager
Responsibilities:
-Ensuring guest satisfaction from arrival to departure.
-Managing reservations and optimizing table turnover.
-Leading and training the reception team to deliver outstanding service.
-Ensuring smooth front-of-house operations.
-Maintaining excellent phone etiquette and communication with guests.
-Handling guest feedback and resolving issues with professionalism.
Qualifications:
-Previous experience in a similar or relevant role.
-Friendly and professional approach.
-Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills.
-Fantastic multi-tasking abilities.
-Desire to learn and work hard.
-Fluent in Italian and English (mandatory); other languages are a plus.
