Quality Control Manager medical devices business unit
Position duties and responsibilities :
- Coordinating and Providing guidance to quality control technicians ;
- Understanding customer and stakeholder requirements to develop effectual quality control processes ;
- Overseeing product development procedures (from a quality control point of view) to identify any deviations from quality standards
- Coordinating the inspections final output, comparing it to the requirements, and approving or rejecting the final products
- Conducting quality audits to ensure that the quality policies are being adhered to k eeping accurate documentation and performing statistical analysis
- Devising ways to improve the manufacturing process to ensure higher quality goods
- Gaining feedback from the clients, attending meetings, submitting reports, and assisting external
auditors and inspectors
- Training quality assurance personnel for building a strong working team
Job profile Education Requirements:
- Proven 5 years of experience as a quality manager
- A results driven approach and a keen eye for detail
- Excellent organizational and leadership skills
- In depth knowledge of relevant legal standards and quality control procedures
- Good technical and IT skills
- Demonstrated knowledge of data analysis/statistical methods
- ISO 9001 and ISO13845 knowledge is considered a plus
