QA/QC Supervisor
Role Overview:
The QA/QC Supervisor serves as the operational lead for all quality activities on-site. They oversee the QA/QC team's work, ensuring adherence to quality plans and the timely completion of activities in line with project goals.
Key Responsibilities:
• Coordinate and supervise the QA/QC team in inspections and quality controls in the field.
• Ensure all processes align with the quality plan and applicable regulations.
• Monitor the performance of suppliers and subcontractors, resolving issues promptly.
• Plan and conduct walkdowns and turnovers, ensuring all activities are documented and validated.
• Support the Project Manager in managing scope changes and assessing completion risks.
Requirements:
• Degree in Engineering or equivalent experience (12+ years in the sector).
• Proven practical experience managing QA/QC teams for complex projects.
• Strong knowledge of inspection and completion procedures.
• Ability to interface effectively with clients, suppliers, and internal stakeholders.
Soft Skills:
• Demonstrated leadership and ability to manage multidisciplinary teams.
• Analytical mindset and results-oriented approach.
• Capability to handle multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
Other: good knowledge of the English language, good knowledge of the Office package.
Highly Desirable (but not essential): Own Transport & Driving Licence
