QA Manager
Role Overview:
The QA Manager oversees the entire project quality process, ensuring all activities are completed per contractual standards and client requirements. This role involves the strategic management of the quality plan, consistent alignment among internal and external teams, and ensuring a smooth and risk-free turnover.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement detailed quality plans to ensure predictable and risk-free project completion.
• Oversee large-scale QA/QC activities, monitoring KPIs and using a data-driven approach for decision-making.
• Coordinate with the commissioning team to ensure the turnover aligns with project objectives.
• Foster a quality-focused culture by providing ongoing training and support to project teams.
• Collaborate with clients, suppliers, and subcontractors to ensure consistent alignment on quality expectations.
• Ensure project documentation is complete, accurate, and compliant with regulatory requirements.
Requirements:
• Master's degree in Engineering or equivalent, preferably with ISO or project management certifications.
• At least 15 years of experience in quality management for mission-critical projects.
• Extensive knowledge of ISO standards and completion/commissioning procedures.
Soft Skills:
• Strategic leadership and proven team management experience.
• Excellent negotiation and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
Other: good knowledge of the English language, good knowledge of the Office package.
Highly Desirable (but not essential): Own Transport & Driving Licence
