Main Role:
The Project Assistant supports the Project Team throughout the project lifecycle, handling management and supervision tasks to alleviate the team's workload.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Project Team Support:
- Assisting in project management tasks, including flight/hotel bookings if required.
2. Document Control:
- Managing project documentation (registration, archiving, and internal distribution).
- Preparing documents (covers, indexes, layouts) and PowerPoint presentations.
3. Subvendor Expediting:
- Monitoring and handling suborders (documentation and materials) via ERP, email, or phone.
- Coordinating internal transportation of goods.
4. Quality Control (QC) Activities:
- Managing material testing notifications with subvendors/customers alongside the Quality Control Coordinator (QCC).
- Supporting inspection schedule management.
5. Additional Tasks:
- Updating and monitoring job cost controls via ERP.
- Preparing Spare Part Lists/SPIR forms and assisting in final shipping activities.
- Archiving email correspondence.
Qualifications:
- University degree preferred.
- Fluency in English and Italian (French is a plus).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and PDF editing software.

- Attention to detail and proactive problem-solving skills.
- Flexibility, creativity, and ability to handle unexpected requests.
Special Requirements:
- Full-time availability.
- Minimum of 5 years' experience in a similar role.
