We are a full dining restaurant open for lunch and dinner, located in Portanuova, one of the main business districts in Milan, where one can enjoy a relaxed and seasonal Mediterranean menu.
Responsibilities:
Develop and prepare innovative pastries and desserts.
Oversee pastry team and kitchen operations.
Ensure high standards of quality and presentation.
Manage ingredient inventory and control costs.
Qualifications:
Culinary degree or equivalent experience.
3-5 years of experience in a similar role.
Strong baking skills and creative flair.
Leadership and time management abilities.
