Adecco Italia Spa is looking for a Legal Officer.
The profile will be working in the Offices located in Rome under the direct supervision of the Head of Italy Sector and in cooperation with relevant colleagues in the Sector and other relevant Sectors in the Agency.
He/she will be responsible for the following tasks:
• Support in providing legal analysis and advice to ensure compliance with legal, administrative and policy obligations, inter alia in the areas of:
o Data protection;
o Procurement and contract management;
• Analysing legal documentation and conducting analysis on the relevant legal framework and applicable legislation
• Support drafting legal opinions, reports and working documents on any legal issue arising in the day-to-day activities of the office operations and in the implementation of applicable rules and policies
• Investigate facts and law of cases and search on relevant internal and external sources to determine appropriate course of action
• Provide legal advice to the Management on specific projects/issues and provide inputs on legal implications, possible mitigation measures and corrective actions to be implemented
• Maintain excellent understanding and keep abreast of any updates of legal provisions and framework
• Develop quality feedback, guidelines and SOPs and create a database for all legal matters analysed for future reference
• Build a network of key contacts across the organisation and effective working relationships with different units to support office needs.
• Perform any other task in the interest of the service
Essential
1. Completed University studies in Law
2. Previous relevant professional experience in similar tasks of at least 2 years.
3. Excellent command of both English and Italian language.

We offer a temporary contract for three months (renewable). Duty Station: Rome. Gross monthly salary 4070€.
