Adecco Consultant Tourism & Events Milano is selecting, on behalf of an exclusive iconic restaurant in Portanuova, the position of:
Human Resources Generalist
Responsibilities:
-Overseeing the full cycle of recruitment efforts.
-Developing and overseeing new hire orientation, onboarding efforts, and the employee termination process.
-Maintaining personnel records regarding attendance, annual leave, absence, leavers, new joiners, and changes to personal details.
-Organizing payroll and benefits administration.
-Ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures and legal responsibilities.
Qualifications:
-Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Business, Human Resources, or a related area.
-4+ years of experience working in Human Resources.
-Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
-Team player.
