Requirements:

- Minimum of 2 years of experience in HR, preferably in a business partner role
- Fluent in English and Italian.
- Strong knowledge of HR processes, recruitment, and talent acquisition
- Proficient in using HR software and Microsoft Office tools
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
