Adecco Consultant Milano Tourism & Events is seeking a Gallerist/Sales Assistant for a prestigious luxury eyewear brand's new store in central Milan.
As a Gallerist, reporting to the Gallery Director, you will embody the brand and deliver an exceptional client experience. Your mission is to captivate clients, immersing them in the brand's unique world, ensuring they leave with a memorable impression.
Key Responsibilities:
• Meet sales goals by consistently delivering a premium client experience.
• Share the brand's story to engage and inspire clients.
• Uphold all operational standards and procedures.
• Collaborate with the team to ensure seamless store operations.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships, with over 30% by appointment.
• Achieve KPIs and consistently represent the brand at the highest level.
• Maintain in-depth product knowledge to effectively highlight key features.
Requirements:
• 2+ years of retail experience, preferably in luxury.
• Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Shopify.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Ability to multitask and perform under pressure.
• Experience in client-focused environments;
• Mandarin language and ABOC License are a plus.
