What We're Looking For:
- Educational Background: High school diploma or degree.
- Experience: Around 3-4 years in general secretarial roles.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in the Office package.

Your Daily Responsibilities:
- Agenda Master: Organize and manage daily schedules with finesse.
- Back-Office Dynamo: Handle mail sorting, archive management, and other crucial back-office tasks.
- Right Hand to the CEO: Provide essential support to senior management, especially the CEO, in their daily operations.
- Travel & Event Organizer: Coordinate travel plans, accommodations, and exciting company events.
- Supplier & Order Guru: Assist in selecting suppliers and monitor orders efficiently.
- Tech Troubleshooter: Resolve first-level hardware and software issues swiftly.
- Attendance & Expenses: Compile and monitor monthly attendance, leave records, and expense notes.
- Benefit Manager: Oversee meal vouchers, company cars, and other employee benefits.
- Payroll Liaison: Handle payroll, hiring, resignations, regulations, and health insurance matters with our Labor Consulting Firm.
