Adecco Italia S.p.A. – Logistics Business is looking for a leased employee for customer support (mainly answering incoming consumer phone calls, taking a note and checking status, and making a final report).
Customer Support Responsibilities (leased employee):
• Manage incoming querries by various channels including but not limited to phone calls, email and social media;
• Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction;
• Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication;
• Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools;
• Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution;
• Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents.
Are required the following skills:
• Similar experience in a customer service role;
• Good level of English language;
• Good use of Office/Excel.
