Consultant Adecco, for a global leader leader in the consumer and SMB networking space, is looking to recruit a Channel Account Manager (CAM) to help achieve the company's growth objectives in the B2B space.

The person must have a solid background in business development and excellent relationships with partners who provide Unified Communications and Collaboration solutions, as well as appreciated experience in the world of networking, partner account management and field sales.
The new resource will work within the company team and will have a good knowledge of VAR and the distribution channel.

Key job role and responsibilities:
•Establish productive, professional relationships with key personnel in assigned all level partner accounts
•Build a plan for partner enablement and training in assigned territory for key partners
•Responsible of a Named accounts list that will have to be developed to achieve company objectives
•Coordinates the involvement of company personnel, including technical support & service and management resources in order to meet partner performance objectives and partner's expectations
•Meet and exceed sales quotas and revenue goals
•Proactively leads a joint partner planning process that develops mutual performance objectives, critical milestones (e.g. training certification) in conjunction with Distribution resources (sales, support, etc)
•Drives sales of new technology adoption in assigned territory to enhance the partner's experience.
•Proactively recruits new qualifying partners

Job Experience Required
•4+ years Partners Sales and/or Territory management in Unified Communication sectors
•A recognized and consistent contact list of strategic partners in the Unified Communication market is to be considered an added value
•Experience building business and marketing plans with partners;with the Distribution channel model; in sales forecasting, opportunity identification and drive to close.
