An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Bar Manager to join our team.
We are a full dining restaurant open for lunch and dinner, located in one of the main business districts in Milan, where one can enjoy a relaxed and seasonal Mediterranean menu.
As a Bar Manager, you will be accountable for the management and administration of all alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, in accordance with our standards and guidelines.
We expect our Bar Manager to be able to successfully coach less experienced staff, while taking pride in passing on knowledge and effectively developing the team.
The ideal candidates:
Have had previous experience in a similar/relevant role.
Are currently working in a fine dining or high-class restaurant.
Are passionate about food.
Have a desire to learn and work hard.
Are keen to develop their career in a high-quality restaurant environment.
Can work effectively as part of a team.
Being fluent in multiple languages is a plus.
