Reporting to the Gallery Director, the Assistant will embody the brand's essence, ensuring top-tier client engagement and satisfaction. You will lead client interactions with confidence, delivering exceptional experiences through storytelling that builds trust and leaves clients eager to return.
Key Responsibilities:
Support the Gallery Director in executing weekly plans and strategies.
Engage clients with passion, curiosity, and brand excellence.
Enhance optical processes while ensuring operational excellence.
Assist clients in selecting frames and lenses, managing orders, and meeting high standards.
Team Development:
Foster a positive team culture and uphold brand ambassador standards.
Provide product knowledge through engaging storytelling.
Identify areas for team improvement.
Client Experience:
Meet individual sales targets and maintain a strong client book (>30% appointments).
Consistently deliver elevated client experiences.
Key Requirements:
3+ years of store management in a luxury environment.
Strong communication skills, proficiency in Microsoft tools, and Shopify.
Experience in client-based business and multitasking under pressure.
Mandarin language and ABOC License are a plus.
